Phenomenal services

On Saturday the 03 September 2022 I went to buy flip flop at Identity Festival Mall & I was helped with a beautiful young lady her name is Sphiwe Makama, she was very helpful, I couldn't make a choice of which one must I take, I kept on changing my mind I think 3/4 time her going up & down taking the other put it back 🙈 she was so patient with me with a smile on her face be for I pay she suggested 2 bring all the 4 pairs to me just to make my final decision😅 we laughed but did made my final decision though, she has a heart of gold, she even thank me instead of me thanking her, she's not even pretending, I just to say big up Simphiwe Makama what you did for me please do it to others shopping would be a better place if all customer services can be like you & Fod bless you 🙏
