perthetic service

I went to the store to credit an item I bought the previous day.
There wasn't anthing else I wanted. Thus want my money back.

I paid per debit card, which is also cash why should the money go back on the card? Why should I pay bank costs to get my money back and still wait for it, while I'd got their money instantly.

Besides that I requested my slip back because there was another item on. They gave me a copy of the slip as they need the original for auditing purposes.

How can your slip state you must have the original slip when the store gives a copy.

Besides that the staff and manager had a discussion while I was on my way out of the store after telling them that I will never buy at I'd again.

Pathetic service!

Hello angelpb,

Thank you for affording us the opportunity to address your concerns.

Following our telephonic conversation, you informed us that the account belongs to your husband. Whilst we do not ordinarily discuss account details with any party other than the account holder, we believe that our response below does not contain any private information.

We acknowledge your frustration regarding this issue, and upon receipt of your post, referred this matter to our Legal Department to investigate and attend to.

We were informed as we were not in receipt of the paid up letter confirming that the account was settled in full, an update on your husband's credit profile could not be submitted to the credit bureaus.

We confirm that, following our email correspondence, we have received the required letter on 20 August and a request was submitted to the credit bureaus to update the status of your husband's profile held with them.

We trust that we have adequately attended to this matter for you, and should you have any further queries or feedback, kindly contact us directly on 021- *** or e-mail ***.

Kind regards,

Chevola
