PAYMENTS PAID ONTIME AND IN STILL IN ARREARS
I have been paying electronically , I received numerous communications im in arrears , the credit bureaus have been updated incorrectly
I have been sending proof of payments for the last two months to *** and no communication of recieving it.
I will be taking legal action !
I am disappointed !!!
Call center agent hung up my call !!!
