payments not allocated ***
i have been harassed by this store, everyday im getting calls that my acc is over due, i understand i didnt put my acc No, however i did sent all the pop i did from april 2.im working from home not receiving full salary i notified them and made arr of R350.00 and i have never paid that amount is always 500 or more. can someone please help me, these agents calling me are rude,when i asked them do they check my file before calling they said they have no time to do that,so how will this be fixed if they do things like this, some of the emails i sent, are deleted without being read.
Please help, im frustrated

i just received sms to say my banking details details for debit order is incorrect, the guy insists it was done yesterday, and the people who wants to debit is debt collectors i have been handed over, who is supposed to rectify this mess?He said i paid 1100.00 instead of 2000.00 which is not the correct amount.How do i make arrangements with you guys and you hand me over? Did i cause covid 19in the world? should i force the employer to pay me full salary because of you guys?
I don'"t know what happening in this company, but its bad and irritating.
