to whom it may concern <br> on year 2012 i couldn't pay my identity account but then later i have arrangements with them ,we agree that i must pay R300 PM then i finish my account now the is someone from MBD Legal department telling me i still owe them i told him that i finish my account in 2012 even my last Receipt say R00<br> so i don't understand what is going on ,i even went to Identity shop in Kuilsriver they did check they say i m not owing anything they even gave me receipt that states R00 if i didnt finish my payment why they didn't phone me that time please help me
