Both accounts are paid up.

I call to received a paid up letter for account number ********** **********

However somehow i keep getting a settlement letter for account number ********** ********** .

People its not rocket science, how stupid are you.

I need the settlement letter to fix your mess up this is not on.

I paid you and closed both accounts what the hell do i have to do to get it.
