pathetic staff
Had the worst experience at identity sanlam centre on Sunday 23-10-17..the staff spoke so loud to each other the store sounded like a she been except their was gospel music playing which I also feel is totally unacceptable because their are customers with different religions shopping there..I called the staff 3 times to assist me but their conversation was obviously more important than a customer..so digusted and disappointed at the same time..hope the staff that was on duty get dealt with
