pathetic service and still no answers from IDENTITY !!!!

I have had the worst experience with the Identity/truworths online order . my order number is ***. never ever try calling the callcentre the agent never know anything and apparently they dont have managers to manage the staff that explains the incompetence .I spend hours on a call to hear the same story the courier said they cant get through to my number . I asked for proof of the call or even the attempt and still nothing . it was supposed to be delivered on the 21st then 22nd then 23rd no phone call no delivery and today is the 29th and everyone is in absolute state of unknowing .Gifts purchased for Christmas is now laying in a warehouse . Please identity /Truworths this is pathetic client service to not even try to assist ,you advertise online orders and delivery but we must pay for items that has not even been delivered.I am extremely dissapointed and i really dont want to even purchase from your store as you have ruined my christmas gift and you still have no answer for me as to when i ca receive my goods. Pathetic Service delivery -Don not mislead us in advertising when you are unable to deliver ,false advertising !!!! i wish i could give a minus star rating .
