Such pathetic service from identity south gate. Security named thokozani refused to lift a sanitizer bottle to sanitize me to get into the store to purchase.

I left the store brought my own sanitizer bottle to spray my hand and he said mine isn't allowed I think I'm special coming with my own bottle.
