PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - SANDTON IDENTITY STORE

The most pathetic customer service I ever received in my entire life. I have never ever been to a clothing store when trying to return an item of clothing and was treated with such disrespect. Both the cashier and manager was so rude to me. I strongly recommend that no one goes to the Sandton Identity Store.
