Paid up letter
<p>I had an identity account from 2013. I struggled to pay my account in 2015 and my account was handed over. Last year August I paid my account in full. I asked for a paid up letter but didn't receive it. I called over 18 times from last year August until today but still nothing. The account appears on my credit record that I'm in arrears and still owe the account but I paid it in full in August. When will I get my paid up letter so they can clear my name??? Totally unfair </p>
