Paid up letter
I really don't understand why retailers like Identity lie to their clients who are supposed to be valued, before I closed my identity account , ask the people at the store if I will get a paid up letter. Guess what ? They said I will get a paid up letter by email within 48 hours after the payment has been made,

On the 28th March 2016 i made my final payment we called the customer service to close the account and the lady assisting informed me that I will get a letter by post after 2 weeks.....
It doesn't make sense... You Guys can send statements, overdue letters etc by email but you can't send a simple paid up letter stating that an account is paid up and closed.
The NCA, ombudsman must be notified of this odd / unfair practice...

Why did truworths send me a paid up letter by email and Identity can't send me a paid up letter by email?.. I know Identity is part of the Truworths Group
