paid up account still not closed

<p>I paid up my account and closed it up and the consultant told me they will post a confirmation letter to my post. i kept on receiving sms to show that my account is still running. when i called again to check what is going on i was told that i have an insurance that i dont know about that i need to cancel. i was given the numbers for the insurance and the insurance people are very unprofisional and they kept on transfering me from 1 person to another. i just want my account to be closed nothing more. please sort this mess out as i am not willing to get any more charges on my acc as i ve paid it up.</p>
