Overdue Account- No statement Received-Bad service!

Identity never contacts me unless its when they want me to increase my credit limit. On the 13th March I started receiving numerous phone calls, SMS's and emails from Identity telling me that my account is overdue and I need to make urgent payment. Firstly, I am never late when it comes to making payment on my account. I even made a double payment in February. So when I didn't receive a statement from Identity in March I assumed that my account is up to date. Up till today I still haven't received a statement in March. I was told that this matter would get escalated to management but nobody from management has made contact with me yet. I am extremely furious with Identity and the manner in which they handle their accounts and queries. I am a loyal customer for years but after this incident I feel like closing my account. Identity is pathetic. I will not make payment until I receive my statement, I want to know why the double payment I made in February didn't carry through. Also when the lady from Identity phoned me she asked me for my ID number!!! What **** is that? Identity supposed to have this on record. I felt very uncomfortable giving my ID number to a stranger over the phone, and she was so persistant. Eventually I cut the call as I felt that was so *********. A security question supposed to be asked as normal companies have that process. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied!!!!! How must I make payment with no statement received?!!!!!
