Outstanding customer service

Today I had a pleasant customer service from Dimakatso and Sibongile at Sammy Mark's Square Identity. You know small little things do count , as a customer I only expect to see a smile and just hello 👋 from a consultant but Dimakatso went way above my expectations. I placed my small packed plastic bag (that I came in store with) on a counter so that I can reach for my card inside my bag. This lady finished with the customer in front me, she grabbed my plastic bag and put my stuff in a bigger bag she went around the counter and handed me the beg in my hands and told me that the next consultant would assist me... Keep that humbleness, empathy and mostly that gold teeth.😀 So now this one Sibongile .. I couldn't believe she still recognize my face since last year September when she assisted me with the size of my jumpsuit. Wow.... I salute you ladies 👏
