Online service horrible!
Identity online has THE worst service ever!!! No updates, waiting forever for my parcel…can’t tell me when I will receive my jacket…I ordered something 6 July and still have not received it by 13 July…. Second time with a bad experience!!! Never ordering online from then again!! They also can’t send an item from one store to the other - you have to drive there yourself 🤷♀️ Pathetic really!!
