Online Order not received after 4 weeks
I ordered online on the 18th of April but still have not received my parcel. Not even an SMS. I did miss one call from the courier but they couldn't help me because Identity did not give me a tracking number for my order. I have emailed them numerous times asking for it but they won't budge. I have even complained on their Facebook page, sent DM with my information. Still I have not received my order. I'm so disappointed in Identity they don't respond to emails.
