Not taking customers seriously 😒
Went to identity store in Denlyn (Mamelodi)to pay my account today the queue was not long only few people and 2 cashiers a guy and a lady,lady went to the back office to scan some documents for customer,guy is now the only 1 helping taking his time with 1 customer.A lady with a pink sweater not sure if she was a supervisor or manager bizy on the other till until we started complaining that we've been waiting 4 to long,no body said anything to usthey were communicating among themselves no apology on why are not getting service,and they ignored us
