Not so happy with identity wonderpark
My sister bought me shoes at identity and not even 3 days I went to identity wonderpark to exchange for excat same shoes but bigger size .. the ladies on duty was so arrogant and refuse to assist . I advise them tgat the shoes is still on the hanger and original tags ons and they refuses to assist without the slip ... where am i suppose to get a slip if my sister is unable to assist me with the slip and my sister is hospitalized at the moment . This is unfair .

Whilst we acknowledge your frustration in this regard, we can confirm that you were correctly informed that an exchange could not be authorized without the required proof of purchase or gift receipt.
When an item is purchased as a gift, we have the facility available where our customers can request a gift receipt, to ensure an effortless return for the gift recipient. This being said, from time-to-time, stores may request additional information pertaining to the purchase in order to aid the gift recipient in locating the proof of purchase.
As you are regrettably unable to provide us with the required information, we confirm that we will unfortunately not be able to further assist in this regard.
We regret that you are not pleased with the decision made, but hope that you will be able to understand our viewpoint in this issue.
