No response
I have written an complain regarding identity bad services and still no response. Am not even surprise of this, all the care about is money and not their customers. This greedy is ruining there corporate image and there have infringed my right has a customer in terms of section 20 and 16 of the consumers Act. Loyalty can't be bought.

As advised in the response to your previous post, our Returns Policy is visible on the reverse side of our dockets and can also be viewed on our website at www.identity.co.za. Identity will allow you to return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase provided that the original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase, the swing tickets are still attached and the item is returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
We are regrettably unable to assist you with the exchange as you are not in possession of the receipt.
Our policy is in place in order to protect all our customers and it is therefore imperative that such a policy is adhered to at all times. We acknowledge your frustration regarding this matter and regret you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your query. We do sincerely hope that you will be able to understand our stance in this matter.
