I would like to find out regarding this statement,it shows an amount of R355,81CR I would like to find out what it means exactly because the amount due is R0.00 Im under the impression that it should be an amount credited back to me I went to one of your stores to enquire and couldn’t get an answer,if it is a credit how do I go about getting it as I am no longer using the account,I haven’t used it in a very long time. Your response will be highly appreciated. I have been asking this question for a while and don’t seem to be getting any answers
