No respect
Identity is arrogant and disrespectful. Their service is very bad. I wouldn't recommend not to any one.

18 Aug 2025, 12:52I took clothes from Identity with an account and as of late I recieved calle from them harassing me and one of their staff called me last week to tell me that I am boring. Asked for their manager who never dares to come to the phone till today. I was insulted by a staff member and the manager and the company is promoting that.
