NO FEEDBACK REGARDING REQUEST FOR PAID UP LETTER FROM IDENTITY
After numerous attempts to get my paid up letter from IDENTITY the company does not respond. I settled my account on 28 April 2016 (R259.00). I do not get feedback regarding my request regarding this matter. I wrote a comment on their website, still no response. Identity keeps on sending sms's to my husband nr threatening me with legal action even though arrangements were made in December 2015 already to pay R100.00 per month. I kept my promise to pay but still receive the sms's from IDENTITY. I spoke to someone at Identity in Cape Town requesting them to send me my "PAID UP LETTER" but no response. This is unacceptable. I want my letter asap.
