NAME NOT CLEARED ON ITC
I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH IDENTITY BACK WHEN I WAS A STUDENT, I STRUGGLED TO PAY THE ACCOUNT WHICH RESULTED IN MY NAME BEING LISTED ON ITC. I HAVE PAID THE ACCOUNT IN FULL LAST YEAR BUT MY NAME IS STILL ON ITC. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING, CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST.

Unfortunately due to a technical error on the hello peter site some of the posts did not reach us in time for us to respond.
