Misleading product description - two pack counted as one item

I ordered from identity online and description was 2-pack. When the order was collected it was only one item. This is super misleading as if something is a set it should be clear on description. The quality of clothes is good but they way it is marketed feels so confusing. It's something that must be fixed so that customer dont feel *******
