MANAGER WITH STINKING ATTITUDE

So I bought clothes at identity with laybye...the clothes didn't fit I had to return them..I went to the store with receipt...the guard saw the receipt...unfortunately the receipt fell I couldn't find it when I arrive at the till...the manager thabiso molele said he can't help me though I lost the slip in the store...I asked for the number ya area manager he came me head office land line number...yesterday I went back he told me he can't call his boss...the boss is sick....I asked him call the other boss...he said he is done entertaining me...he left me at the counter just like that....

Hellopeter plz help me...my kids need those clothes for December
