MANAGER OF GATEWAY STORE MAKING THREATS TO CUSTOMERS!!!

I am disgusted of the service I received from PRINCESS ALLEGED STORE MANAGER FOR IDENTITY GATEWAY. It is apparent that the CEO of IDENTITY and its Board of Directors are still trying to put generators at the store. Princess had a terrible attitude along with making fun of me and my family at the store with her employees. This is disgraceful behavior. She also accused my wife and my mum for having a conversation with her when they did not. My mum wasn't even in the store at that time. She also advised me if I expose this store "SHE WILL SHOW ME A POINT" which i then take as a threat. This is a urgent matter. If this matter is not resolved ASAP i will make sure to get higher authorities involved.
