Lost a SALE
To whom it may concern,
May daughter and I rushed from work to Identity clothing. We got there a few minutes before closing time (about 10 min). My daughter fitted a dress and was still browsing to find an outfit. I had 3 items that I wanted to buy. A lady came over to me and told me that the shop is now closed and that we had to leave. It was only the 2 of us. I asked if I can pay with a card and the one lady (with glasses, Uhga) said they offline! ****, they were already cashed up and wanted to go home. If they were offline why didn't they advised us when we got in? You lost a sale over R1200.00, that is not mush to you but the way we were treated is unacceptable. Your ladies does not have any sales or client skills but maybe that is Identity's image, not to provide customer service.
Regards Adele
