<p>I fully paid up my account over 8 months ago but they still have not removed me from the credit bereau listings. Now I cannot buy anything even though I do not owe these guys.</p>

We have reviewed our records and confirm that your account was settled in full and the status was updated to indicate that the account was closed. We can verify that an instruction was sent to all credit bureaus to update the status of your payment profile.
We further confirm that our consultant has contacted you and informed you of our findings and has further verified that this information reflects with Transunion. In addition, we wish to advise that your Identity payment profile will remain on your record for 24 months from the date that the outstanding balance on your account was settled.
This being said, should any conflicting information be listed at any of the credit bureaus you are welcome to email the report to *** for us to further investigate this matter.
