Laybe
Hi
I went to Identity at Festival Mall on 24 August. After spending about 45 minutes in the store, choosing clothes to laybe, I wasn't able to Laybe it!!! Apparently, clothes that are marked down, can't he taken on laybe. I didn't have credit or cash so I couldn't take the garments yet there is an option to laybe. This is nonsense that items that are marked down can't purchased on laybe !!!!!!.
I lodged a complaint with head office. I called for a follow up earlier today but the consultant said that it's noted that the manager spoke to me. No one spoke to me!!!!!!!
I have been a loyal client of Identity but I am upset that I couldn't purchase the items on laybe.
I will pay off my account & avoid shopping at Identity????

It's a lie that he manager called me.
As far as I am aware that this matter isn't resolved.
The price of items escalated but service decreased!!! Other stores accept items on sale to be laybyed so I really don't see what the problem is. This is ****.
I rlclose my Identity account & rather open an account at another store that deserves the interest that I pay on my account!!!
Clearly Identity doesn't value their customers.
No one from the store contacted me.
It's a lie that he manager called me.
