Lack of customer service
I am so disappointed with the service I received from Identity Online Call center
I bought clothes online, you packaged the incorrect items, advised me to take the item to any store, after I did that You still refuse to pay me back my money. I don't understand why I must wait for you to figure out who in this country you gave my order to. At this stage I am incurring costs.
1. Delivery 2. Going to the store 3. Calling you endlessly
