26 Aug 2015, 07:25Hello tlhogi.mekgwe,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
We acknowledge your frustration regarding your recent purchase at one of our stores.
At Identity we aim to provide our customers with high quality fashionable merchandise. Where an item may fall short of this standard, our Returns Policy allows for the return of defective merchandise within six months from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented and all criteria of this policy are met.
As you were not in possession of the required proof of purchase, you were correctly informed that an exchange or return could not be allowed.
However, as you were unhappy with this, the matter was escalated to the Store Manager. She assessed the garment and discovered that there was in fact a defect with the belt of the jumpsuit. After her communication with you, we are pleased that the matter was satisfactorily resolved when we replaced the belt.
We sincerely apologise for the delay in posting our response on this site.
Best regards,
Chevola
