Jabulani Mall Manager is very rude

Last week Saturday on the 31 i went to activate my account at the store, everything was until the lady security sprayed my son with sanitizer on the face while she was chating with the manager who was at the far back of the shop. I immediately took my crying son to my wife who was ot far from the shop.

I confronted the security after that and without hearing she insisted i be sprayed again. I comp**** but we exchanged work until it was noisy. The manager without asking both of us what was the problem started saying stop swearing at the security or we will throw you out of the store.

We started also exchanging word a d made threats not to sell me anything, i asked for area manager and she was on the call with someone she claimed was her boss. That person ask her to call mall security to remive me from the store. Security from the mall heard when store security yelling at me and didnt want to be part of it.

Workers we good appologized on behalf of the manager and security, i was humiliated by both their conduct. We might have been both wrong but been abused because i am a man it was very wrong. Kindly help.
