itc update
after a number of emails sent a settlement letter was sent to me after 2months<br> now struggling to be assisted with an itc update after almost 3 of the account being paid up

Thank you for your post.
We were unable to locate your account on our database and liaised with our Legal Department in this regard. We were informed that your account was handed over to an outside collector Debt Management (DMC).
Once an account is handed over we no longer have the account on are record and are therefore unable to update your account status, until we receive the paid up notification from the relevant attorneys.
We confirm that following our telephonic conversation, we requested the paid up letter from the DMC. This was received on 21 October 2015 and a copy was sent to you, on the email address listed in your post. Further to this, an instruction was submitted to all credit bureaus to update the status of your payment profile to reflect the paid up status.
We trust that we were able to adequately resolve this matter for you.
