incorrect account details on credit bureau

I have a clothing account with IDENTITY Stores but they registered it as Credit Card with credit bureau. How can I ensure that correct details are registered with the credit bureau.

I don't know if it's a ***** or not. I have got a job but I can't pay credit card as I had a clothing account

They must fix this.
