INCONSISTENT THEORIES AND UNFAIR TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS
"Dear Identity: On the 11th of August 2018 I purchased a top at one of your stores in King William's Town metlife mall just after 09:00am, I didn't fit the top as I was rushing somewhere I just looked at it and thought it'd fit me as it was my size. in the afternoon on that I tried it on and it was too tight, therefore on Monday the morning my niece was going to Town asked her to return it with the slip and a tag. she came back saying they wouldn't take after they purged it and saw inside a stain of make up. I then decided to go there myself and i was told the same story. my point is how do we know that the stain on the top is actually mine?????? as customers we buy clothes at stores dirty all the time because they're being tried on by other customers all the time...Also even if I had decided to try on the top at the store it was gonna have a stain anyway and I was going to live it there...What am I suppose to do right now? I couldn't take the top as it is useless to me, I left it at the store with both the tag and and a receipt. if I was white I would have gotten a full refund without any disputes that I know for a fact. Guys I need a full refund of my money as a paying customer. are we getting this kind of treatment as customers because you guys think we don't have rights????? I am not gonna take this lying down at all" Initially it was a matter of "No the top has a stain of make up" to now "the tag is detached from the top". Yes when i was trying it on the tag came off and I didn't throw it away it is still in the carrier bag with the receipt...The top is still clean anyone can tell that I didn't wear the top because it didn't fit me..,I once bought a pair of shoes at Edgars stores, I wore them the whole day but as the day went on one shoe was torn, I returned them as i'd worn them only for one day but without any hurdles they gave me a full refund of my money. Now they are starting to tell me about their policies that I don't even know about. why can't they have them written all over their walls on their stores in big words so that anyone getting can read them. am also amazed at how inconsistent they are because now I supported my statement regarding "making stain" now they coming with the new statement about the tag that is detached. all of this for a lousy R200????????? for a big company?????? am not backing down until justice has been served where it's due.
