inconsistent service
I received a jacket as a gift with swing tag attached. I visited the store as the item is too small, the jacket is currently on the rai K a and available in all sizes. The store manager said she cannot assist without a slip unless I get permission from customer services. Customer services says the store manager has discretion as they check the condition of the goods and swing tag. The store manager however refused to help me. Dismissed me . Would not give me the area managers number or even call her to ask permission. I took another item to be exchanged at forever new and exact clothing on the same day, with the same scenario and walked out with a new size in under ten minutes. Some people just refuse to assist customers, and others try their best to foster happy, loyal clients. I want to exchange my item.
