Inconsideration
I bought garments on the 25thjuly and went on the 3rd August for a refund as they were unsuitable.he refused to assist me!i even reffered him to the consumer protection act and it was clear that he had no clue. I plead to Top Management to empower your managers and avoid such incidents..ESP in the North West I don't xperience this inGauteng. I stay 140 Kms from the store to have such service ...just becos of *********** manager.

Our Returns Policy facilitates a return or exchange on merchandise returned within 30 days from date of purchase, provided that the original invoice or gift receipt is presented as proof of purchase.
We have liaised with the relevant Store Manager, and we were informed that the garments were purchased on 25 June 2015 and not July. We acknowledge your frustration regarding this matter, but as your return did not fully comply with our Returns Policy, we regret that we are unable to assist you in this regard. In addition, we sincerely apologise for the manner in which you felt you were attended to at the store, as it was not his intention to cause you any frustration.
We trust that you will understand our stance in this matter as our policy is in place to protect our customers and it is therefore imperative that such a policy is adhered to at all times.
