Inconsiderate

Ohh what a run around of this store. I jave an open clothing account with identity. And i called them to ask if theres a way i can send mu documents online as im unable to go to store. I was told to send my id via email for verification which i did, 2 weeks later i was still not verified, i sent a message through to thrm explaining im disabled so i wont be able to go to store hence i opted for online. 2 days later i got a response that ive been verified so i can go on and buy online.this was in November 2023. 13/12/2023 im online going purchase and i get a message that no i have to go to store im not verified. So whats this identity? Why would you play with people like like this? Im on a wheelchair and explained countless times tbat i need to buy online im unable to go instore. And why i should i be **** to that im verified only to find out im not.😡😡😡😡
