My granny ordered a secondary card for me in April last year at Identity store in pretorious street (Pretoria Central) they requested my ID, proof of residence, my grannies ID and the card I was told that I’ll get the card in 3 months. 6 months later we went back and they told us it will take 3 weeks for me to get the card. Still to date, I haven’t received the card. Mind you, I study at Mafikeng university. When my granny goes to the store they’ll be asking her for my ID, which obviously she doesn’t have with her. I find this unprofessional, *********** and disloyal since well my granny is paying her account very well. Regards Tisetso
