******* Department

I have settled my Identity account, and have requested the "paid up" letter numerous times, only to continuosly be told I will receive it "tomorrow".

Low and behold tomorrow comes and no letter.

I have been listed for an unpaid account and am trying to clear this from my credit record and have received NO JOY since LAST YEAR.

I have been to the store, who they can do nothing as they would need to call head office and the employees at the store too know nothing will come of it - suggesting it's basically POINTLESS.

Frustrated and fed up. Spending my time and money to call people who clearly cannot do their jobs. If one more person tells me I must wait 24hrs, there is a possibility that I am going to end up in hospital, due to a panic attack, or worse.

I need my paid up letter.

I just made contact with the legal department again - and it's just ringing.

Must be nice that an entire department goes on lunch together simultaneously - what an awesome bonding experience, while people like me, who are trying to sort their lives out, are suffering due to your incompetence.

SEND ME MY LETTER.
