Identity's service department is clueless

Identity has one of the worst service department, just like Truworths. For whatever reason, my email address just happen to get linked with a couple of their clients and now I am inundated with emails that have nothing to do with me. I do not and have never had an account with them but each time I bring this up with them, they ask me for my account details, even when I tell them that I do not have an account with them. Their service department is as useless as ever. These people are frustrating to the core. Something as small as removing an email address from their system or unsubscribing me from their system, has taken over 8 months. The unsubscribe button on the bottom of their emails does not work. You will keep clicking "Unsubscribe", and still get emails. This is frustrating
