Identity wonderpark mall-Rude delivery guy(Lethabo clearance)

I would like to report delivery guy from identity wonderpark mall. I placed an order online and choose home delivery. On the 2025-11-06 the guy named lethabo clearance with cellphone number ***.called me and said he is delivering my parcel but he can't find my home address he returned with my order.again today 2025-11-07 he called and said he can't find my house address. He returned with the order.when I asked him where he is taking my order he said "I will be having it and I will deliver when I want"he is so rude,he doesn't listen and he hung up on me several times.he is so unprofessional. I tried contacting identity they said they will call me back but I haven't received any call since.theres no any other means of rechecking the store it's chat robots. I tried sending request to let my order be taken to the store and I will pick it up from there but nobody is responding to my WhatsApp messages I am very frustrated and i am not happy with the service.all I want is my order to be taken from lethabo to the store and u will pick it up because I see delivery guy is failing and he is rude.my contact ***.
