Identity Westwood Mall will not Honour marked down price price

On Saturday 31st May 2025 I went to Identity Clothing Store in Westwood Mall. They were having a 50% off sale. I found a pair of formal pants marked down to R99 that I loved and it fit perfectly. I went to purchase it and at the Till Point the item scanned at R250 and not R99. The cashier called his manager, RESHMA who told me that the staff made a mistake to mark it down coz it's the wrong price. So I asked RESHMA to honour the marked price and give me the item at the price advertised. She phoned her branch manager and then she told me, they made a mistake they cannot honour it and cannot sell the item at the marked price. I was so disappointed. As a customer I have shopped at this branch countless times and to be treated so shabby is very insulting. The management at this store needs to learn how to treat staff and customers. Very disappointed customer
