IDENTITY VANGATE MALL WORST STORE EVER

I received a birthday gift from my sister, with the tags and everything still in tack but unfortunately the top was too small,i went to identity in Vangate mall to exchange it for a bigger size they refuse to exchange it for a bigger size because i did not have the slip,although the tags was still on i thought maybe they would hepllp me because they are the only store that sells identity cloths,they told me they gonna need a slip,i explained to them that i was a gift,anyway i asked my sister for the slip and went back to identity in Vangate mall,i represented them with the slip,and i asked them i need a bigger size i do not want the money,they told me that they can not exchange it as they need the person that bought the top's ID or acc card,i was so frustrated and angry,i thought to myself what is the use of a birthday gift you have the slip,i just wanted a bigger size but i cant exchange it,what if my sister didnt have the slip,i would have been stuck with a top that does not fit me and they have the money........IDENTITY VANGATE MALL IS THE WORST STORE EVER.......I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY ON ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE EVEN THE STAFF IN THAT STORE IS UNPROFESSIONAL,I WILL RATHER SPEND ALL MY MONEY ON MR PRICE,PNP CLOTHING OR ANY OTHER CLOTHING RETAIL,if it was possible i would not have even given them a star.......
