IDENTITY VANGATE MALL WORST STORE EVER
I received a birthday gift from.my sister and to my knowledge the top was too small i went to identity in vangate mall to exchange it for a bigger size the tags was still in tack they refuse to exchange it they told me i am going to need the slip,i explain to them it was a gift,i went home got the slip from my sister went back and gave them the slip they told me no they will need the person that bought its ID or acc card,i was so frustrated and angry,I WILL NEVER WASTE ANOTHER CENT ON THAT STORE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND *********** IDIOTS,I WILL RATHER TAKE ALL MY MONEY AND SPEND IT AT MR PRICE OR ANY OTHER CLOTHING OUTLET,I ONLY WANTED A BIGGER SIZE NO THE MONEY,WORST STORE EVER WITH THE WORST POSSIBLE STAFF MEMBERS

We acknowledge your frustration, however, kindly be advised that we will happily credit or exchange all incompatible merchandise, including gifts, provided they are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and a valid proof of purchase or gift receipt is presented. As a result, the store followed the correct procedure in advising you that the receipt is needed for an exchange or return and if the gift was purchased on an account, the account holder should be present if the gift receipt is not present.
