I opened an account with them in september hoping to boost my credit score they gave me a qualifying credit of R500 i purchased items, long story shorn on the 27th of September i made a payment of R150 more than what was required for me to pay... the required amount was only R55. second payment was made for October again of R120, THEY DID NOT UPDATE IN ITC MY SCORE WENT DOWN, I PHONED THEIR HEAD OFFICE THEIR UNPROFFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS COULD NOT ASSIST ME ONLY GAVE ME AN EMAIL *** THEY ONLY RESPOND AFTER 3 DAYS, WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION SAYING I HAD PAID R3.00 ! YES R3.OO IN SEPTEMBER...
