IDENTITY STORES
I have an account with the above store, and i admit it openly that i have fallen behind a bit, but i have a balance of R2000.00 on my account that is the only limit. So everyday i get calles about 15 calls a day, and i am not exaggerating, they are like bounty hunters. i received my last warning for getting calls during working hours. i am a single breadwinner and have been struggling more finacially this year than i ever had, but they dont get it. I am no ******** or ***** and will sell furniture to pay your account if i must but please. never again. no wonder identity does not last long.... thank you

However, when an account reflects in arrears, the account holder will receive various forms of communication, in order to obtain a suitable payment arrangement. It is important for us to inform our customers that their creditworthiness is an asset, and we are concerned that the account will incur late payment fees and that your profile held with us and at the credit bureaus would be negatively affected.
