Identity store at birchacres mall
I was at Birchacres mall try to do an exchange of necklace that I found broken.instead of helping as customer they insulted me of why did I broken it and they were extremely shouting at me like I am a kid I'm not happy as the customer the way I was treated.BAD SERVICE EVER
