Identity Southgate Mall disrespectful

I visited Identity Southgate Mall on and was disappointed with the way i was treated i went in to buy few iterms with my account and i was accused ***** and refused purchase. Yet I had my store card, ID Document and Driving license with me, security was called upon me the embarrassment i experienced was very bad, Despite speaking to staff which was also very rude, the problem wasn't resolved.

I hope the store takes my feedback constructively and works on improving how they treat customers
